A couple of mobility updates are quickly approaching:
Switching "Actions" and "Details" tabs so that "Actions" appears first.
- Technicians will only have the ability to mark arrival and complete the event. Additionally, action buttons will be larger and in the logical order in which service events take place:
- Mark Arrival
- Complete Event
- Reject Event
- Assign to Technician
Adding an icon to show there's an attachment in a service event.
- This will appear in the service event list view on both the web portal and the mobile app.
The update will be available on Friday, June 21st for Android and on Monday, June 24th for iOS. Admins and technicians will receive a prompt to update REACH upon opening the mobile app.
